Conference Logistics

Kansas Memorial Union : 1301 Jayhawk Blvd. Lawrence, KS
The majority of the conference will occur in the Kansas Union including:

  • Variety Show (Friday)
  • Welcoming Ceremony (Saturday)
  • Majority of Workshops (Saturday)
  • Conference Luncheon (Saturday)
  • Career Fair (Saturday)
  • MAASU Bids & Elections (Saturday)

Sabatini Multicultural Resource Center: 1299 Oread Ave. Lawrence, KS
The Sabatini Multicultural Resource Center sits between the Kansas Union and the Parking Garage and is directly connected to both. Conference events that will be housed here include:

  • Conference Registration
  • Workshops
  • Sunday Brunch with KU Planning Committee, ECC and BOA

Smith Hall: 1300 Oread Ave., Lawrence, KS
Smith Hall is located across the street from the Kansas Union and Sabatini Multicultural Resource Center. Two of the workshops will be housed in Smith Hall. Signage will be posted in order to direct conference participants to Smith Hall.

Parking Information
Parking is available in the Parking Garage adjacent to the Kansas Union and Sabatini Multicultural Resource Center. Please note: parking is free on Saturday and Sunday, but a permit is needed for Friday parking. If you will be arriving to the conference on Friday, you’ll need a parking permit which can be obtained on the registration website.
